With these rainy, cold days have come vin chaud and holiday lights, infrequent painting and cozy dinners in our temporary new place. We made pumpkin pie and watched a few movies. For seminar, we talked about Tradition and Individual Talent and huddled by the radiator in our studio on a hill. We’re reveling how time has flown by. We’re anticipating winter break but not wanting these months to end. In the meantime, I’ve been reading Flannery O’Connor’s short stories with my jaw on the floor and listening to this.
